And here's the next Shaman King Remix Track! It's number 9. Getting close to double digits. I would like to say that we are going to be on a normal release schedule for Remix Tracks from now on. But that's probably not going to happen. Why? Since, we are kinda catching up. All the tracks are in translation that we have scans for. And it can take up to 4 weeks for us to get scans. So the short answer is... more tracks are coming soon! And probably before next weekend too!
But when Remix Tracks slow down... that's still good! Since it gives us time to work on other things as well. See 2 news posts below for what those things are.

Unfortunately, this is a very timed release, and there was really only one printing of each volume. Basically, the Chinese, who usually do EVERYTHING were like "Wtf We can't get 1-4 anymore?" way back when we started because they had already sold out. I have them send me an alert the day each issue comes out just in case I forget. It's really THAT important to jump on it the second it comes out.
If you wish to buy subsequent releases (which by now are ~3 vol iirc) you can order from neowing. It's in Japanese, but with google chrome and a little common sense, you should be fine. Some ebay sellers have them, but charge waaaaaay too much for them. Alternatively, you could try amazon Japan through a proxy service and order copies from 3rd party sellers.
But like Takei has said, please support Shaman King however you can! Who knows what will happen!

What the Shaman King Remix volumes are... was originally described in the very first credits page of the first Shaman King Remix Track release:

Also, what the future Remix Tracks are, is very decieving. Even for the small picture Takei provides. It's just best to wait until it's released and read it then.

I was not expecting to see this one. First, I went to mankin-trad.net to view some recent comments and when I clicked the latest comments in the first post, I was confused with all the comments about Yoh and Anna and when I scrolled up, I saw the title and it was "Remix Track 9" The inner nerd, fangirl or what so ever just jumped with joy, too much joy.
By the way, the previews are really nice and I just want to ask if the previous tacks have those too. And I would also like to ask if you have a version of the last scene(the takoyaki) without the text?

Takei made a first chapter with an 'input' (Silva showing Manta the E-Patch where he can see the Shaman Fight "backstage") and all the chapters are connected to it.
So... where the hell can you see these remix aren't canon?

And seriously, Why does Takei should make these chapters just for the fandom if he want drew Shaman King so much? (He said it in the interview, right?)

- Majority of extras are not canon. And Takei has had a history of this. Did Hao put on a dress in the Shaman King story and become
- It takes place AFTER Snake's Legs (From Mentalite). And in Snake's Legs, it says "The story ended 10 minutes ago" and "This is nothing but an extra." As such, the starting point isn't considered truely a part of the story.
- Remix Track 8, basically flat out says that it's not canon
- Remix Track 10, most of it is directly and ONLY fan input. It's like if you asked Takei to draw a
- Remix Track 13, several characters are replaced with different personalities. Not canon.
If sections of the Remix Tracks are clearly not canon, then why claim that other parts are? It's an all or nothing switch. And there is direct proof that parts are not canon, so the entire Remix Track section falls under that title.

I don't understand, I just reread the 9 remix chapters but they seems canon to me, I can't even understand why are you thinking the Hanagumi shouldn't do that... I think the Hanagumi should do exactly what I read in that chapters.

But other extras, the Funbari no Uta, Relax and Mappa Douji, the Omake stories, are all canon but because they are spin off or slice of life you think is not canon.
